Located in the heart of the Midwest, Wise Estates and Wise Manor have become a staple of our community since our founding in the 1950s.
Family owned and operated since 1987, B&D Properties is now under the third generation of leadership. Our goal continues to be to offer reasonably priced and well-maintained homes for our tenants.

B&D Properties operates two family-friendly residential rental communities centrally located on the north side of Elkhart, Indiana. Just minutes from major Interstate Highways and within walking distance of the major shopping district, Wise Estates and Wise Manor is a great place to live!
With a wide variety of home styles available, we most certainly have a home to fit your lifestyle. Wise Estates and Wise Manor offer clean streets, lots of trees, ample parking, an onsite office manager, and small pets are welcome. Amenities include all utilities, including 50 and 100 amp electric service, natural gas, water, sewer and trash included in rent.
Wise Estates
Located inside the city limits of Elkhart, Indiana; Wise Estates is a 55-lot Manufactured Home Community. As with all of B&D Properties communities, all rental units come complete with paid utilities, including Water, Electric, Natural Gas, and curb side waste pickup.
Neighboring our property is the Woodlawn Nature Center, a small museum of natural history with 10 acres of woods, outdoor educational opportunities, hiking trails, playground and outdoor picnic areas. Wise Estates is located one block away from the major shopping district of Elkhart, within walking distance of local restaurants and shopping , and cinemas. Also within walking distance are area Religious centers, such as Bethel Assembly of God, Northside Baptist Church, and the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.
Wise Manor
Located inside of Elkhart County, Indiana; Wise Manor is a 44-lot Manufactured Home Community. As with all of B&D Properties communities, all rental units come complete with paid utilities, including Water, Electric, Natural Gas, and centrally located community waste bins.
Wise Manor is located just a few blocks away from the major shopping district of Elkhart, within walking distance of local restaurants, Shopping, and Cinemas. Wise Manor features an open community common area, and is surrounded by a dense treeline. The individual lots in this community are much larger than common manufactured home communities, allowing space and that true "front yard" feeling.
